Today we reviewed division using 2-digit divisors. We compared and contrasted using partial quotients and using the algorithm. Which method do you prefer? Explain why.

Today we examined how poets use rhythm, rhyme, and repetition in poems to make their poems interesting. Is anyone planning to compose a poem that has any of these poetic techniques?

Great news! We will have our pizza party next week, Tuesday January 17th after recess! Since we have earned 28 class points, we can plan to have our class party on Thursday, January 19th!
