During the month of February, we will celebrate the wonderful contributions of African-Americans. 
Ticket Challenge for 1 ticket: State a name of an African-American who has impacted society. This person can be a person from the past or present. 
Ticket Challenge for 2 tickets: Explain the contribution of an African-American who has impacted society.

Martin Luther King, Rosa Parks, and President Barack Obama are not eligible!

dr. patrica bath was important to woman and to African Americans everywhere because she was the first ophthalmologist that was a female and shows that woman and Africans are important to soiciety

one more African American is Ms.Alike who is an awesome teacher and show even if shes not the first she shows that African Americans can be awesome teachers and principals like Mrs.Holmes [MRS.HOLMES WE MISS YOU] say thanks to Ms.Alike your great,awesome and cool thank you for being the best teacher ever [YAY MS.ALIKE {I SAY IT AGAIN BECAUSE ITS TRUE}YOUR AWESOME !]
